Altaira Group was founded by an Information System Engineer & an Information System Architect, each with a distinct specialization: one in Industrial Sciences, the other in Big Data & Artificial Intelligence.
The name Altaira is inspired by the star Altair, the brightest star in the constellation Aquila, the Eagle. Altair is known for its brilliance, rapid rotation, and strategic position in the night sky, forming the famous Summer Triangle alongside Vega in the Lyra constellation and Deneb in Cygnus.
Beyond being a celestial body, Altair symbolizes height, vision, and ambition. The eagle, ruler of the skies, represents strength, intelligence, and freedom, core values that shape Altaira Group's identity. In Chinese mythology, Altair and Vega are lovers separated by the Milky Way, able to reunite only once a year. This legend reflects perseverance and the pursuit of connection, principles that define Altaira Group, which is committed to bringing people together, creating opportunities, and overcoming barriers.
